Data Governance Specialist

Infinite Services is seeking an experienced Data Governance Specialist to join our team of senior experts. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing practical data governance models for large-scale, business-critical systems for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current data management practices to identify governance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement a practical Data Governance operating model tailored to the organization's structure.
• Develop a comprehensive Data Governance strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Define key governance processes, including data ownership, accountability, and decision-making paths.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and security stakeholders to build alignment and demonstrate the value of data governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT, data, technology, or related fields within complex environments.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Data Governance frameworks or operating models.
• Strong understanding of data management, data products, and analytical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior management.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
