Data Engineer with MS Fabric

Pretius is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with MS Fabric expertise to join a project focused on building data and reporting solutions that measure AI adoption and business value for PwC US. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data engineering, Power BI development, and cutting-edge GenAI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, integrating data from diverse sources.
• Develop complex data transformations, data models, and semantic models for advanced analytics.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Power BI reports, including DAX measures and key business KPIs.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define and measure AI adoption metrics.
• Contribute to the development of conversational data access solutions using Fabric Data Agents and LLM-based tools.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, pipelines, and notebooks.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and semantic models.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and practical experience with Python or PySpark.
• Experience integrating data from various sources such as APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with international stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency for direct collaboration with US-based teams.
