Data Engineer

In this role, you will work directly with clients to transform fragmented, complex data into reliable, analysis-ready datasets that power modern tax compliance and data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities, Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines using modern cloud technologies., Integrate data from enterprise platforms including ERP, HR, finance systems, SharePoint, APIs, fund administration systems, and flat files., Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows, data models, and automated validation processes to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and quality., Deliver reliable, analysis-ready datasets, dashboards, and self-service reporting solutions., Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand source systems, resolve data issues, and translate technical concepts into business language., Define data architecture, optimize solution performance, and implement security, governance, and compliance best practices., Support deployment, operational maintenance, and continuous improvement of data products while promoting reusable engineering patterns., Mentor junior engineers through knowledge sharing and code reviews. 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role., Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Python, PySpark, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks., Experience integrating data from enterprise systems (ERP, finance platforms, APIs, SharePoint, flat files) and building scalable cloud-based data solutions., Solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, data quality, reconciliation, governance, security, and Azure Data Platform., Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes., Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences., Experience mentoring other engineers and knowledge of responsible AI practices are considered strong advantages., Proficiency in English.
