We are seeking a Data Coach to support our Revenue Growth Management training programs, helping professionals leverage commercial analytics and AI tools to drive informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support live training sessions by facilitating breakout rooms, monitoring participant engagement, and clarifying complex use cases.
• Provide expert guidance during office hours to assist learners with project deliverables, tool navigation, and concept application.
• Review team submissions and provide detailed, actionable feedback within established timelines to ensure continuous progress.
• Act as a subject matter expert in generative AI workflows, helping participants sanity-check AI-generated interpretations and outputs.
• Maintain clear communication with the Correlation One team regarding learner progress, blockers, and session continuity.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Proven experience as a data practitioner applying analytics to real-world business challenges.
• Hands-on expertise in using generative AI to improve commercial or analytical workflows.
• Strong ability to translate complex data outputs into practical, actionable business insights.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, data confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration.
