Data & BI Analyst (Power BI & SQL)

hubQuest brings together IT and analytics specialists to build technology teams and strengthen existing ones. We are looking for a mid-level Data & BI Analyst to join a global reporting project, focusing on calculating and presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and transform data using SQL, including cleaning, filtering, and aggregating datasets.
• Build and develop Power BI solutions, including semantic models, DAX measures, and visualizations.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into clear outcomes.
• Investigate data and reporting issues by tracing figures to their sources and reconciling calculations.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to maintain consistency across regional reporting.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics with hands-on SQL and Power BI skills.
• Solid SQL proficiency, including complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Practical experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, and report development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken and written English for daily collaboration in an international environment.
