Data Analytics Consultant (m/f/n)

InPost Group is an innovative European out-of-home deliveries company, revolutionizing the way parcels are delivered to customers. The Data & AI department is currently seeking talented Data Analytics Consultants to join our team and help us scale our operations by turning complex data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions by gathering requirements and analyzing large-scale, real-time data.
• Design, develop, and extend data model layers to support scalable calculations and visualizations.
• Craft high-quality, maintainable code that meets internal standards for a high-scale data environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and Data Scientists, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prototype and coordinate data visualizations to communicate findings clearly to business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role handling large volumes of data, preferably in logistics, marketing, or sales.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective data models.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
