Data Analyst

Red Global is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help drive business strategy through data-driven insights. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our growth and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership across Product, Growth, and Finance to identify trends, diagnose churn drivers, and discover high-value business opportunities.
• Write clean, modular, and version-controlled SQL models to transform raw data into production-ready tables.
• Design intuitive, dynamic dashboards and narrative reports that drive effective decision-making.
• Establish data definitions and maintain a central data catalog to ensure high standards for accuracy and reliability.
• Leverage AI-assisted analytics workflows and automated pipelines to accelerate data exploration.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence role.
• Strong mastery of SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses and modern BI or semantic layer tools.
• Ability to translate complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
