Data Analyst

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the data, evidence, and reporting layers necessary to ensure that standards and artefacts function effectively in practice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare realistic synthetic sample data, metadata, API payloads, and data product examples.
• Create comprehensive positive and negative test packs to ensure compliance with established standards and rules.
• Define and assemble conformance evidence, including validation outputs, catalogue entries, and exception records.
• Build and maintain adoption dashboards, conformance reports, and operational reporting to track performance.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of issues, whether they stem from failed requirements, poor data, or ambiguous documentation.

Requirements

• Strong data analysis and data quality mindset with a focus on precision.
• Proven experience in preparing datasets, test packs, and evidence documentation.
• Proficiency in JSON, Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data profiling and reporting.
• Solid understanding of metadata, data products, API payloads, and catalogue records.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical gaps and failures.
