Data Analyst

SQUAD is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our established team of experts. You will bridge the gap between telemetry data and tangible business outcomes, supporting a vibrant community of AI builders by validating research findings and defining meaningful AI adoption metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in product telemetry.
• Validate qualitative research findings at scale using our internal data platform.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics and AI adoption indicators.
• Create interactive dashboards to monitor product performance and visualize insights.
• Automate routine analytical tasks and optimize query performance using custom AI tooling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a BI or Data Analyst.
• Strong foundation in statistics and the application of statistical methods.
• Advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of Medallion architecture.
• Proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and data storytelling.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for stakeholder communication.
