Data Analyst

emagine Polska is looking for a skilled Medior Data Analyst to join a project for an innovative energy startup. You will play a key role in developing a greenfield MVP, specifically focusing on an area calculation tool designed to assess energy usage and model business cases for local energy communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines using Python.
• Perform complex data cleansing and modeling, with a focus on time series data.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to support the development of dashboards and frontend solutions.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive project objectives forward.
• Ensure all data activities remain in full compliance with GDPR and established data governance standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Python programming, with a strong emphasis on the pandas library.
• Proven track record in data cleansing and advanced analytical tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, allowing for effective communication within an international team.
• Prior experience working with energy or utilities sector data is considered a significant advantage.
