Data Analyst

Svitla Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a project for a U.S.-based healthcare technology company. You will play a critical role in validating data, monitoring system behavior, and ensuring the accuracy of pharmacy benefits management processes within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor data quality, eligibility, and accumulator performance for assigned clients.
• Execute SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and investigate large datasets.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and resolve complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for data workflows and issue resolution procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing and validate system configurations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a related field with a strong background in the healthcare domain.
• Hands-on knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims processing, eligibility structures, and accumulators.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL and experience reviewing complex Python notebooks.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with regulated data and compliance requirements like HIPAA and GDPR.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, international team setting.
