Data Analyst

Dwelly is a fast-growing, AI-enabled property management platform that is revolutionizing the lettings industry by acquiring and digitizing traditional estate agencies. We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team and help us scale our operations by turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities across our platform.
• Define and track key performance indicators for both operational and product-related goals.
• Build and maintain reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate features and measure performance.
• Improve data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• A structured, systems-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to translate data into business insights.
