Data Analyst

Brighty App is a forward-thinking fintech company dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional finance and the crypto-economy. We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help us transform complex data into actionable insights that drive our product and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse sources including app logs, CRM systems, and financial platforms.
• Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
• Building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Conducting deep-dive cohort analysis, user segmentation, and retention studies to optimize the user experience.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to define data-tracking requirements and ensure high data accuracy.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the fintech or product analytics space.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions like BigQuery.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing frameworks, and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
