Data Analyst (Junior / Mid) - Remote - Portugal

emagine Polska is looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a key role in processing data, deriving actionable insights, and supporting our project teams through technical expertise and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on complex problems by writing and optimizing Python, SQL, or R scripts for efficient data processing.
• Adapt existing analytical tools to meet evolving business needs and balance workloads across various projects.
• Collect, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources to derive insights and create clear, impactful visualizations.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, develop tailored solutions, and document project statuses in JIRA.
• Communicate complex findings through detailed written reports and presentations to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or social science discipline.
• Practical coding experience in Python, SQL, or R.
• Introductory knowledge of statistical analysis and BI software tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
