D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant

MCA Connect is a leading Microsoft partner dedicated to helping manufacturers drive innovation and profitability through advanced business applications. We are currently seeking a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant to join our growing team and help clients transform their customer engagement strategies using the latest Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements, user stories, and configuration decisions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform features, including model-driven apps, business process flows, and security roles.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, and comprehensive training materials.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint demos, UAT planning, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, data migration, and custom extension requirements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights.
• Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, model-driven apps, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Proven ability to produce clear documentation, manage assigned workstreams, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies, user stories, and change management fundamentals.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or specific CE module certifications are highly preferred.
