D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Engineer

MCA Connect is a leading Microsoft solution partner dedicated to helping manufacturers drive innovation through advanced business applications. We are currently seeking a skilled D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Engineer to join our remote team and deliver high-impact technical solutions for our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy technical customizations using Power Automate Flows, C# plugins, JavaScript, Dual Write, and Power Fx.
• Collaborate with clients to define functional requirements and create robust solution designs.
• Manage small projects, delegate development tasks to offshore resources, and oversee project deliverables.
• Build, test, and execute data migrations and integrations while troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solutioning and developing Power Automate Flows, C# plugins, and JavaScript for Dataverse.
• Proven expertise in developing custom Model-Driven and Canvas apps on the Dataverse platform.
• Strong background in Microsoft Dual Write and experience with Dynamics CE or F&O implementations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
