CyberSecurity Specialist (Governance & Recovery)

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Cybersecurity Recovery & Governance Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is designed for a professional who combines an analytical mindset with a deep understanding of infrastructure, recovery, and cybersecurity, focusing on governance, coordination, and driving resilience improvements rather than hands-on server administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery governance activities.
• Analyze recovery capabilities, procedures, and technical documentation to identify gaps and risks.
• Assess recovery readiness for business-critical applications and services.
• Coordinate activities across infrastructure, operations, security, and application teams.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security processes, vulnerability management, and IT Service Management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate initiatives and drive execution within large organizations.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
