Cybersecurity Project Manager

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic, company-wide initiatives focused on Vulnerability Management, Backup and Recovery, and Disaster Recovery Governance. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of business-critical systems within a large-scale, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives related to Vulnerability Management and Recovery Governance.
• Own project planning, budgeting, timelines, governance, reporting, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, and Business teams.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, remediation plans, and key milestones.
• Facilitate communication between technical experts, service managers, leadership teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience within Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or IT Governance.
• Proven experience leading Vulnerability Management initiatives and managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of Backup and Recovery programs and Disaster Recovery readiness.
• Solid background in project planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) and familiarity with cloud environments like AWS.
