Cybersecurity Manager / Information Security Manager

Day Translations is a global leader in translation and interpreting services, dedicated to improving worldwide communication through localized solutions. We are seeking a highly technical and proactive Cybersecurity Manager to lead our company-wide security program and protect our global infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen Microsoft 365 security, including Defender for Office 365, anti-phishing, and impersonation protection.
• Implement and manage company-wide endpoint protection using enterprise EDR/XDR solutions and Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and phishing-resistant MFA methods to ensure secure identity management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response procedures for threats such as ransomware, data theft, and compromised accounts.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, manage security monitoring, and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Build and lead an employee security awareness program, including phishing simulations and regular training sessions.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 security, Intune, and Entra ID in a professional environment.
• Practical expertise with EDR/XDR platforms and implementing Zero Trust principles.
• Strong background in preventing phishing attacks and managing Data Loss Prevention controls.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take full ownership of security initiatives, and prioritize tasks based on business risk.
