Cybersecurity Expert

Yopeso is a software development company with two decades of experience, dedicated to building high-quality, secure, and impactful digital solutions. We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Expert to join our team and help us maintain the highest professional standards in software security.

Key responsibilities

• Performing requirements engineering by specifying, reviewing, and tracing cybersecurity requirements.
• Shaping and implementing a unified, holistic concept for cybersecurity requirements engineering across the organization.
• Collaborating closely with various departments to enable effective cybersecurity practices and training.
• Driving the rollout of cybersecurity processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as IEC 62443 and the EU Data Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in OT or product security.
• Proven expertise in requirements engineering tools like Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in both German and English, combined with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working within agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
