Cybersecurity Consultant

Atos Poland Global Services is seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Consultant to join our international team. In this role, you will guide clients through their cybersecurity transformation journeys, focusing on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a specific emphasis on NIS2 readiness and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct NIS2 gap assessments and support clients in achieving regulatory compliance.
• Perform cybersecurity governance, compliance, and maturity assessments.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to provide practical security recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIS2 Directive, UKSC, and ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks.
• Experience in conducting security assessments and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and internal/external audit methodologies.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot.
