Cybersecurity Architect

co.brick Talents is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to define and govern security architecture across IP networks, connectivity, and critical infrastructure. You will ensure that security is embedded directly into system design, meeting rigorous business, technical, and regulatory requirements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain cybersecurity architectures, reference standards, and technical guidelines.
• Define technical security requirements for IP networks, WAN/LAN, data centers, and critical infrastructure.
• Establish baseline requirements for network segmentation, next-gen firewalls, encryption, IAM/PAM, and secure system configurations.
• Conduct threat modeling, security risk assessments, and comprehensive architecture reviews.
• Author High-Level Designs (HLDs), technical specifications, and security scopes for RFPs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, network security, or infrastructure security.
• 5+ years in dedicated security architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, cryptographic controls, PKI, and security monitoring tooling.
• Practical mastery of Zero Trust architecture, Defense in Depth principles, and risk management frameworks.
• Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1).
