CyberArk Senior Engineer / PAM Specialist

Altimetrik Poland is a digital enablement company that delivers agile, bite-size outcomes to enterprises and startups globally. We are currently seeking a CyberArk Senior Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for the administration, security, and continuous expansion of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform to strengthen our enterprise security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill privileged access requests in accordance with established governance, approval workflows, and security policies.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and operational support for CyberArk infrastructure, vaults, and privileged session management.
• Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure a secure and resilient service.
• Onboard new servers, applications, databases, and service accounts into CyberArk to expand platform coverage.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements, including SOX compliance, access reviews, and control testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CyberArk administration and engineering experience within large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and networking.
• Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Certified Practitioner, Defender, or Sentry.
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
