Cyber Security Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a critical role in securing both enterprise IT and OT/IoT environments, ensuring robust protection across our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain security controls across identity and access management, cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Design and deploy security controls for OT/IoT environments, including network segmentation, asset visibility, and device onboarding.
• Collaborate with network, cloud, and infrastructure teams to enhance security architectures and controls.
• Support MDR/SOC operations through detection tuning, alert validation, and SIEM integrations.
• Participate in incident response activities, remediation efforts, and post-incident security hardening.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Cyber Security Engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong expertise in IAM/PAM, cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection technologies like EDR/XDR.
• Proven experience securing OT/IoT, industrial, or connected-device environments.
• Solid background working with SIEM platforms and supporting SOC/MDR operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident response skills.
