Cyber Operations Transition Manager - OT / IT (h/f)

emagine is seeking a senior Cyber Operations leader to drive large-scale cybersecurity transitions and operational transformations. You will lead the governance and evolution of security services across OT, Endpoint, Cloud, and Security Operations within a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Cyber Operations portfolio across OT, Endpoint, and Cloud Security, while defining and maintaining the target operating model.
• Lead end-to-end transition roadmaps covering people, processes, technology, and governance, ensuring operational readiness.
• Manage and coach a team of Product Owners, overseeing portfolio prioritization, budget management, and strategic delivery.
• Establish robust governance structures, KPIs, and executive reporting to act as a trusted advisor to business leadership.
• Manage vendor and MSSP relationships, driving performance against contractual obligations and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or program management role.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale service transitions and operating model transformations.
• Strong technical expertise in OT/Industrial Cybersecurity, Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP), SOC, Incident Response, and IAM.
• Experience managing cross-functional, product-based teams within global organizations.
• Professional fluency in English, with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL considered a significant advantage.
