Cyber Detection & Response Manager

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Cyber Detection & Response Manager to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on designing advanced security solutions and leading delivery teams to address complex cybersecurity challenges for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design practical solutions across security monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, and security operations.
• Apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve detection, investigation, and automation with appropriate human oversight.
• Guide SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and XDR integration, migration, and detection content activities.
• Translate client requirements and operational challenges into clear solution designs and improvement roadmaps.
• Lead, coach, and review the work of consultants while supporting their professional development.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in cybersecurity detection and response, security operations, or incident response.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience across multiple CDR areas such as SIEM, security automation, or operating model design.
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects, workstreams, or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of detection use-case development, security data management, and incident response processes.
• Professional proficiency in English and strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
