Cyber AWS Cloud Architect (m/f/n)

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Cyber AWS Cloud Architect to join an international project within the public sector. You will be responsible for designing, securing, and supporting complex AWS cloud-based infrastructures in a large-scale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure cloud architectures on AWS while implementing security controls aligned with industry standards.
• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into robust, secure technical architectures.
• Support DevSecOps practices, including the integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with international infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to produce clear architectural documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, specifically as a Cloud Security Architect.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud security, including IAM, RBAC, encryption, and network security.
• Possession of at least one recognized cybersecurity or cloud security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security.
• European Union citizenship (EU-27) and eligibility for EU security clearance.
• Fluent English skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
