Customer Success Executive (UK & Ireland)

Creatio is a leading AI CRM and workflow platform that empowers organizations to automate complex processes at scale. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our team and manage strategic relationships with Enterprise clients across the UK and Ireland, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives within the Corporate and Enterprise segments.
• Oversee delivery processes for implementation projects, proactively identifying risks to ensure successful launches and project outcomes.
• Provide expert product consulting to help customers realize value and achieve their desired business results.
• Drive portfolio growth through effective account management, focusing on zero churn and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers.
• Fluent English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Proven experience with CRM, ERP, or Low-Code/No-Code software solutions.
• Strong background in managing or overseeing complex software implementation projects.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including strong negotiation, presentation, and renewal management skills.
