    <li>Daily contact with the customer by telephone and mail</li>
    <li>Travel consultancy through system</li>
    <li>Assisting travelers during unexpected travel difficulties</li>
    <li>After-sales service of customer inquiries, e.g. cancellations, complaints</li>
    <li>Introducing process improvements.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Experience in the customer service area (min. 6 months)</li>
    <li>Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1)</li>
    <li>Good knowledge of English (min. B2)</li>
    <li>University degree (bachelor/master)</li>
    <li>Communicative, goal-oriented, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving skills</li>
