Customer Service Representative with Croatian & English

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries independently across voice, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product, order, account, and service-related requests, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Document all customer interactions comprehensively, maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Identify recurring issues and customer trends, sharing insights with supervisors to support continuous process improvement.
• Adhere to established processes and escalation procedures to ensure optimal handling of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Croatian (min. B2) and English (min. B2).
• Strong active listening abilities and a customer-focused approach with high empathy.
• Experience handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a remote setting.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the capability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
