Customer Service Representative - Fabric, Trim & Wallcoverings

Kravet Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day interactions and order processing for our premium fabrics, trimmings, and wallcoverings. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service across all brands while ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle, including initial entry, modifications, sample requests, and returns.
• Provide comprehensive support via phone, email, and chat regarding product specifications, pricing, and inventory availability.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism, using critical thinking to balance client satisfaction with company policies.
• Maintain deep knowledge of diverse product lines and collections to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient operations and consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a luxury retail or service-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote contact center setting.
• Proficiency with PC tools, specifically Google Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
