Customer Service Administrator – English speaker

NCH Europe, a Solenis company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our sales support team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Sales Operations Director and the wider customer service team, ensuring seamless operations during our ongoing business integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer interactions, resolving queries, requests, and complaints effectively.
• Process customer orders, service plans, and business data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain individual and departmental productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build rewarding relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Deliver timely and relevant data to key stakeholders as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service or administrative environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle or SAP systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle varying workloads and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
