Customer Service Administrator – Italian & English speaker

Solenis is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our busy sales support team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will support our sales operations by managing order entries, service planning, and handling inquiries from customers and field sales representatives to ensure seamless business integration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer interactions while resolving queries, requests, and complaints.
• Process customer orders, service plans, and business data with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain departmental productivity and quality standards while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Deliver timely and relevant data to key stakeholders and collaborate across functions to build rewarding relationships.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential for this position.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service or administrative environment.
• Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle or SAP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing varying workloads under pressure.
