Customer Service Administrator – Hungarian & English speaker

NCH Europe, a Solenis company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our remote sales support team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our operations by managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring high-quality service standards are maintained across our business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer interactions while resolving queries, requests, and complaints.
• Process customer orders, service plans, and business data with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain individual and departmental productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with various internal functions to build positive relationships and support team culture.
• Deliver timely and relevant data to key stakeholders as required.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Hungarian and English is essential for this position.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service or administrative environment.
• Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle or SAP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A self-motivated, flexible, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
