Customer Master Data Business Expertise

emagine Polska is looking for two experienced Business Experts to join a project focused on deploying a European used vehicle sales management platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Customer Master Data repository across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from various source repositories to build and maintain consolidation files.
• Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing data while recommending and implementing necessary corrections.
• Define customer grouping rules and ensure identifier consistency across different business systems.
• Manage creation and update requests, monitoring them through to production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT teams, participating in functional workshops and documenting business rules.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Expert, or Data Analyst.
• Proven experience in master data management, specifically with customer, supplier, or product data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Experience working in complex, multi-application environments.
• Professional proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
