Customer Journeys Consultant (AJO)

Jobgether is seeking a skilled Customer Journeys Consultant to lead sophisticated marketing technology implementations for enterprise B2C and B2B clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey technologies to transform business objectives into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance personalization and customer lifecycle performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of marketing automation and customer journey solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Campaign, and Target.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, data structures, and measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, design, data, and engineering to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop reusable delivery frameworks and accelerators to improve implementation efficiency and consistency.
• Provide proactive consulting and technical leadership, mentoring team members and contributing to platform roadmap development.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.
• Strong understanding of personalization, customer segmentation, A/B testing, and data-driven marketing optimization.
• Proficiency in HTML, SQL, scripting, and workflow orchestration, along with experience in API integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in complex project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving measurable customer outcomes.
