Customer Care Specialist

Citiside Property Management is seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the primary touchpoint for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, helpful, and compassionate support while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service experiences across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide clear, effective solutions or escalations.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service issues with patience, empathy, and high emotional intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Identify patterns in recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High level of empathy, active listening, patience, problem-solving mindset, and stress tolerance.
• Familiarity with CRM software and modern communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
