Curriculum Production Specialist

The CE Shop is seeking a detail-oriented Curriculum Production Specialist to join our Learner Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, formatting, and maintaining high-quality online courseware within our Learning Management and Content Management systems to ensure an exceptional educational experience for our students.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure online courseware in the LMS and CMS based on project specifications and digital assets.
• Perform rigorous quality reviews to ensure course functionality, visual appeal, and adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with IT and management to identify LMS bugs, test new code, and prioritize technical enhancements.
• Review and correct work performed by contractors to maintain consistent quality across all course materials.
• Update existing course content, including fixing broken links and addressing feedback to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and WYSIWYG editors.
• Strong technical skills including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite and project management software.
