Curriculum Developer: Aerospace Technician (contract; part time)

Correlation One is a global leader in AI and data workforce development, dedicated to closing critical skills gaps through scalable training programs. We are currently seeking a Curriculum Developer to design and write content for our new Aerospace Technician program, which prepares adult learners for careers in commercial aerospace manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, including virtual labs supported by physical practice kits.
• Ensure curriculum content aligns with industry standards, such as OSHA 10, GD&T, and IPC J-STD-001 certification pathways.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and the Learning Experience Design team to iterate on content based on feedback.
• Review and perform quality assurance on lessons and exercises to ensure technical accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
• Deploy educational content onto our digital platform and participate in regular team meetings to track project progress.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Proven expertise in areas such as structural assembly, system integration, or composite materials.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical writing.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible material for beginner adult learners.
• Familiarity with aerospace safety standards, quality specifications, and engineering documentation.
