We are seeking a Head of Product Engineering & Systems Architecture to join our senior team, focusing on technical leverage, architectural simplicity, and high-velocity product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the coherence and simplicity of all internal systems while reducing unnecessary complexity.
• Translate needs from traders and researchers into crisp, minimal technical specifications.
• Shape the engineering roadmap and ensure the team builds the right solutions in the right order.
