CSOD Data Migration Consultant

eConsulting is seeking an experienced CSOD Data Migration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead and execute complex data migration activities, moving data from legacy systems into the Cornerstone OnDemand platform while ensuring high data integrity and seamless integration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end data migration, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading into CSOD modules.
• Define data requirements and transformation rules in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Utilize CSOD Edge and standard data load templates to ensure efficient and accurate data transfer.
• Perform mock migrations, data integrity checks, and support User Acceptance Testing to ensure system readiness.
• Collaborate with client IT teams and CSOD Global Customer Support to manage project timelines and cutover strategies.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in migrating data into the Cornerstone OnDemand platform on enterprise-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of CSOD data models, Edge Import, and standard data load specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot migration errors, data mismatches, and API logs.
• Excellent command of English to communicate complex technical requirements to diverse stakeholders.
