CRM & Retention Specialist

Sporty Group is seeking a dedicated CRM & Retention Specialist to join our team and drive customer engagement across our African markets. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and executing retention campaigns, ensuring our promotional activities remain competitive and effective for both new and existing users.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities across African markets.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as retention, reactivation, and ROI, while preparing detailed reports to track user engagement.
• Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to maintain and improve retention tools and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and follow-up.
• Support personalization and automation initiatives by providing valuable regional operational input.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Prior experience in the Online Casino or broader iGaming industry is strongly preferred.
