CRM Manager - Tools & Data (m/f/d)

We connect our customers with inspiring brands and great deals across fashion, home, and lifestyle categories, and we are currently looking for a CRM Manager to join our team and help shape our data-driven communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert for our CRM platform, Emarsys, driving new communication opportunities and optimizing campaign performance.
• Utilize Emarsys Scripting Language (ESL) to develop automated and personalized customer journeys, such as abandoned cart and wishlist campaigns.
• Extract and aggregate data using Databricks to provide actionable insights that support CRM decision-making.
• Monitor, maintain, and update CRM-related data while troubleshooting technical issues in campaign execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Machine Learning, to enhance our CRM capabilities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools, with a strong desire to master platform configurations.
• Solid technical understanding, including proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and combine data from multiple sources effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing complex CRM projects and campaign workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English to thrive in our international work environment.
