Creator Partnership Specialist

Trafilea is a leading Consumer Tech Platform dedicated to transformative brand growth, building the AI-driven engines that power the next generation of consumer brands. We are looking for a proactive Creator Partnership Specialist to join our global team and drive revenue by identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performing creator partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit high-performing creators and affiliates, with a focus on VIP creators across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and relationship building to negotiation, contracting, and long-term account growth.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and content usage rights to maximize value for both the business and our partners.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels and continuously optimize strategies through testing and automation.
• Leverage AI tools and CRM systems to scale acquisition efforts and maintain accurate performance records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing roles.
• Proven track record in prospecting, negotiating, and closing commercial partnerships with a proactive hunter mentality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure outreach effectiveness and commercial impact.
• Fluency in English, plus proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with a focus on growth.
