Creative Production Lead

Shield AI is a venture-backed defense-tech company dedicated to protecting service members and civilians through the development of intelligent systems, including Hivemind autonomy software and advanced aircraft. We are seeking a Creative Production Lead to design, format, and produce high-quality proposal documents, presentations, and visual assets that effectively communicate our complex technical solutions to global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create compelling graphics, infographics, charts, and diagrams to support proposals and client-facing materials.
• Translate complex technical information from subject-matter experts into clear, engaging visual stories.
• Maintain and enhance proposal templates, style guides, and reusable graphic asset libraries to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage document assembly, formatting, proofreading coordination, and final file preparation for submission.
• Collaborate with business development teams to support presentation materials and market information gathering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or proposal support, ideally within government or international sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proven record of leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a collaborative environment.
