Creative & Design Specialist

micro1 is seeking a skilled Creative & Design Specialist to contribute to an innovative project focused on training next-generation AI systems. You will apply your professional design expertise to help shape how models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input and expert evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured tasks using professional creative applications such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Lightroom.
• Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism based on professional industry standards.
• Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to specific project criteria.
• Document observations and improvement suggestions regarding creative processes and tool performance.
• Uphold high quality benchmarks and ensure all deliverables meet project requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proven, paid experience with human data work for AI models, such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or model evaluation.
• High proficiency with industry-standard creative tools and software relevant to your specific design domain.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills at a B2 level or higher.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
