Country Manager

Bybit is a leading global cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving over 80 million users worldwide. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Country Manager to spearhead our business growth, oversee regional operations, and cultivate key partnerships within the European market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic business plan to drive expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth across the EU.
• Lead local operations, including the management of marketing campaigns, industry events, and strategic partnership developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, local financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
• Ensure compliance with evolving EU regulatory frameworks, including MiCA and MiFID, while monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to align local initiatives with core company objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of proven leadership experience in marketing, business development, or general management within the tech or fintech sectors.
• Prior experience as a Country Manager or senior leader within the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of the EU crypto market, consumer behavior, and financial regulatory landscapes.
• Established professional network within the European crypto and fintech ecosystems.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
