Country Manager, Poland

Bybit is a leading global cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to providing a fast, fair, and transparent trading experience for millions of users worldwide. We are currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead our expansion and operations within the Polish market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in Poland.
• Lead local operations, including marketing initiatives, community building, and partnership development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, and industry partners.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to align local needs with our product and engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or general management roles.
• Strong understanding of the Polish cryptocurrency ecosystem, local consumer behavior, and the regulatory framework.
• Proven track record in driving commercial results and managing successful market expansion.
• Fluent in both English and Polish with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
