Uvation is seeking a Corporate Legal Consultant or Attorney to manage legal advisory, compliance, and contractual matters across its international operations. This role supports a multi-entity AI GPU infrastructure business, requiring a candidate who can navigate complex regulatory, employment, and corporate governance requirements across different jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Advise on corporate structuring and governance across the company's multi-entity setup in the UAE and Europe.
- Manage regulatory compliance, including data protection frameworks like GDPR and UAE laws, as well as sector-specific infrastructure regulations.
- Support HR with contractor and employment agreements, focusing on cross-border arrangements and worker classification risks.
- Maintain corporate records, board resolutions, and statutory filings while proactively flagging legal and regulatory risks to leadership.
Requirements
- Law degree and active bar admission or license in the UAE and/or a major European jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of corporate or commercial legal experience, preferably in-house or within a firm serving technology clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-border contracts and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR and UAE data protection frameworks.
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and provide clear, actionable legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
