We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Social Media Scheduler to manage our daily publishing operations, ensuring our brand presence remains consistent, professional, and effective across all major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a reliable content schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Coordinate with editors and creators to ensure all content is ready for publication according to brand standards.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and growth trends.
• Maintain a centralized content calendar and asset library to ensure seamless workflow execution.
• Identify performance patterns and surface actionable insights to the team to optimize future content.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Experience using ClickUp for project management and task tracking.
• Demonstrated experience with Manychat and DM setting strategies.
• Excellent written English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
